Coach Tameka Bryan wears many hats, but they all come back to one purpose: helping children and the educators who serve them succeed.
She is the proud owner of Crescent City Academy, childcare center located in Fort Worth Texas. She is also the founder of Crescent City Properties, showing her passion for building not only classrooms but communities.
As a wife and mother of two sons, Tameka understands the importance of balancing family, business, and purpose. That’s why she created resources to support other childcare professionals on their journey.

The "WHY" Behind the Work
After years of working in childcare, Tameka noticed a serious gap: teachers were not being trained on how to create effective lesson plans. She began writing plans for her own staff and saw a transformation in the classroom.
In 2020, she launched Lesson Plans Made Easy to help other owners, directors, and teachers create high-quality, engaging lesson plans without the stress. Her goal? To help educators provide a well-rounded education that benefits not only the child, but also the teacher and parent.
Today, Coach Tameka is a Business and Childcare Performance Coach, empowering professionals across the country with training, tools, and encouragement to build better classrooms and stronger businesses.
